The Kopke LBV ages for nearly 5 years in oak casks before bottling. While ready to be drunk now, this will keep well for the next decade or so. Serve alongside soft cheeses and sweet desserts. Intense ruby-purple color. Bouquet wonderfully exuberant and vibrant.
