[1.5L] Ovum Big Salt Reserve White California 2023

BIG SALT Reserve is light bodied, and yet creamy at the same time.  Think silky Meyer lemon panna cota, or yuzu semifreddo.  The aromas hearken to Big Salt but are deeper, rounded; almost as if it's an acoustic version of Big Salt.  "BSR" is a mature, complex white wine that should age for quite some time, therefore we're offering it in celebratory magnums (1500ml).
