1792 F44 Barrel Select Bottled in Bond Bourbon

This new single barrel is the perfect bourbon for spring. The fresh and fruity nose opens with notes of yellow apple, ripe banana, honeydew, vanilla bean, and hints of elderflower. On the palate, it shows layers of candied banana, honeydew, kiwi, honey, and butterscotch with a gentle oaky spice on the finish. It's perfect on its own, but would go great in a mint julep, paper plane, or whiskey sour.
