Floral, herbal, grassy all at once with a citrus and anise backdrop. The spirit is a brilliant saturated yellow color and the bitter profile on the nose switches pleasantly to a slightly sweet experience on the palate. Aveze was first created in 1929 and continues to be made in the traditional way, all naturally, in the south of France where the gentian plant thrives.
