Bota Box traveled to Chile to find grapes for its Pinot Noir, using grapes grown within the warm Valle Central appellation and the cool coastal regions of Casablanca. The fruit from Valle Central offers strawberry jam, plum and raspberry characters with a soft mid-palate and delicate tannins. Even ripening and darker color development in the cooler Casablanca coastal fruit adds blackberry and spice characters. Blended together, these two regions create a wonderfully fun and enjoyable wine.
