Fiddler Toasted Rye sees us experiment with different rye mash bills – all of at least six years of age – by finishing them in barrels of varying char and toast levels for lengths of time ranging from two to twenty months. The first release in 2023 consisted of the famed 95% rye mash bill from MGP.
