Anónimas Viticultoras is the project of winemakers Cris Yagüe Cuevas and Maria Falcón. Although based in Rías Baixas, they source fruit from throughout Galicia, trying to collaborate with other female winemakers, oenologists, and grape growers. This wine is done entirely in stainless steel, allowing the fruit that is so typically found in Albariño to shine. On both the nose and the palate, the wine shows lemon zest, grapefruit, honeydew, nectarines, and salt, ending with a tingly finish. This wine would be great with seafood, summer salads, soft cheeses, and Manchego.
