Medium gold color. Moderate nose of green pear, lime, hazelnut, and toast. Dry, complex palate reflective of the nose with additional notes of popcorn, a touch of butter, and high chalk minerality with high acidity. Full bodied. Long finish evolving from initial citric acidity to lingering saline and chalky minerality.
