Benoit Marguet Shaman Blanc 2021

84% Pinot Noir and 16% Chardonnay

• Fruit: Dominant notes of red and bruised apple, citrus peel, grapefruit, and stewed cherry flavors from the high percentage of Pinot Noir.
• Autolytic & Nutty Notes: Prominent layers of fresh pastry, toasted brioche, marzipan, candied almonds, hazelnut, and browned butter.
• Earthed & Complex Tones: Subtle baking spices, honey, beeswax, and a pervasive sense of icy, chalky minerals.
