Cadenhead's Old Raj Dry Gin

Cadenhead's Old Raj Gin is distinctive in that it contains a measure of saffron. In addition to a slightly spicy flavor, this also imparts a pale yellow color. The intense alcohol seems to magically disappear when mixed in the glass with tonic and lime.
