Cantagrillos Zamora Brut NV

Stone fruit, white flowers, and green apples are gorgeously integrated into this clean and attractive Cava.  The bubbles dance for minutes and the vibrant acidity begs that this wine be paired with food.  There is no oak present whatsoever.  A fantastic, chalky, dry finish pulls you in for another glass.
