Nestled in the high prairie of Nombre De Dios, in Durango, lies an ancient distillery. With the new generation in charge, the brothers gave it their modern twist - fine tuning a solar powered system which fuels the entire operation. Still true to its original way of distilling, the process is completely artisanal, with double distillation in copper alambics.
The Pradera's terroir seeps into this spirit very distinctively, imparting notes of hay, leather and a lingering taste of burnt corn.
