100 Mill St.'s newest exploration in extremely limited edition gins, this truly special iteration highlights another truly unique Northwoods ingredient for our maple-based gin. Hand-foraged by their team, spruce tips are the small buds of pine trees that grow only for a short time in early spring. Flavors of pine are met with a bright, citric quality, almost like a woodlands lime, and are a perfect compliment to our traditional 14 botanicals. 42% ABV (84 proof).
