Dolin Genepy le Chamois Liqueur

While comprised of over 30 Alpine herbs, the most prominent is Genepy or "mountain sage". Its bright herbal and fresh flavors can be served on the rocks or with tonic. Made by Dolin in an alembic still since 1821. Genepy is used in many classic cocktails.
