Domaine Guillemard Clerc 'Les Parties' Bourgogne Blanc 2023

Classic fruit of green apple and citrus.  The mid-palate wowed us with its gorgeous minerality and length.  The structure of this white Burgundy lasts for minutes.  A backbone of lemon zest on the palate until you are presented with mild neutral oak and baking spice.
