Domaine Rudel is a great discovery from near Marseillan, in the Bassin de Thau in Southern France. This boutique single domain, owned by the Chamette family, produces only a small amount of Pinot Noir. The proximity of the estate to the sea produces a cooling influence ensuring the grapes maintain finesse.
