Thyme, flowers, and red fruits take over the perfume with ease. The medium-bodied palate exudes more of those red berries, peppery spice, and herbs in a vibrant, berry-filled package. The wine is generally a blend of 60% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, and a myriad of various other allowable varieties.
