From a VERY old 27Ha vineyard of Carignan in San Javier, Maule Valley. The site was discovered by partner Luca, who makes the final selection from the oldest block of the vineyard. 100% Old Vine Carignan - vines 135+ years old. After a manual harvest, the grapes are chilled to less than 5 degrees C before being moved to the winery facility in Casablanca for vinification and elevage.
