Dunville's 10yr PX Cask Single Malt Irish Whiskey

On the nose: Apricots, grapefruit and toasted almonds open up to fresh green cooking apples. Warming to apple tarte tatin, lightly spiced calvados caramel creme and dark fruit compote.

On the palate: Fresh green apples, fruit sorbet, soft orchard fruit salad. Raising, figs and stewed dates from the PX sherry cask influence. A base of sweet malt, marzipan sponge cake and a splendid Dunville’s candied orange grace note.

Finish: Clean malt interspersed with vanilla panna cotta, dried tropical fruits, clove, oak spice and an lingering PX sherry note.
