Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, also known for the Santo Fino brand. Scoring an impressive average of 8.47/10 for
value across two lineups, it ranked the highest for value. Traditional production methods include brick oven
cooking, roller mill extraction, closed stainless steel fermentation tanks, and distillation in hybrid stainless
steel/copper pot stills. Tasting notes highlight its “bright and dynamic palate” and “butterscotch nose with floral agave,” earning scores as high as 90.
