Field Recordings is a small Paso Robles, Calif., winery that was founded by Andrew Jones, who began his wine journey as a nursery vine grower and has stepped foot in nearly all the vineyards of the Central Coast of California. This wine was bottled before the end of primary fermentation giving it light spritzy character.
