Francois Seconde Clavier Composition CH/PN Brut NV

 A blend of 66% Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Noir, with 10% reserve wine. Rested in cellar for 24 months with manual riddling. A complex palette of aromas dominated by citrus fruit and slightly buttery, characterised this broad, fine and elegant champagne which can accompany a meal.
