Granicera Perfil Citrico Mexican Gin

The base is native corn from Chiapas Mexico. The aromas of fresh tarragon and jalapeno plant mingled with the  juniper and citrus are enticing.  The palate is clean and bright with citrus, but the corn element gives it texture, and brings out brown spices of nutmeg and a little clove. This is not a London Dry style but a very pretty sipping gin that would also make a great G&T.
