Dark violet in color with aromas of lavender, evergreen, and provincial herbal characteristics. On the palate the wine displays good tannic structure without being too austere. Lovely underlining red fruit like pomegranate and cranberry character. Good granite stone character toward the finish. Food Pairing: Red meats, game meats, charcuterie, peanut sauces, char-grill meats and veggies, hard cheese, etc.
