Our first Heaven Hill Single Barrel! Aged for 7 years and bottled at 100 proof, this bourbon has intense aromas of caramel, cherry, apple, cardamom, nutmeg, and a kiss of licorice. The palate reflects this intensity of the nose, with burnt sugar, apple, and cherry being the dominant flavors, followed by more subtle notes of vanilla, maple, and green banana. The finish fades into toffee and baking spice. Excellent for sipping or mixing.
