The Chapeau Melon Blanc is a blend of Melon de Bourgogne and Sauvignon Blanc (which is why you won’t see Muscadet on the label). we get all of the lovely salinity and minerality you’d expect from Melon de Bourgogne with a lively pop of Sauvignon Blanc’s citrusy and exotic fruit notes and punchy acidity.
