Cedar - A blend of 33-month-old barrel-aged English Barleywine. Extended aging in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Willett Rye barrels has coaxed out complex layers of dried dark fruit, caramel, fresh leather, warming spices, figgy pudding, oak char, cocoa powder, and demerara sugar from this mahogany liquid. 14% ABV
Oak - A blend of 29-month-old American double stout aged in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Willett Rye barrels. These barrels were blended to showcase rich, roasted layers of coffee, chocolate, caramel, charred oak, bourbon, and roasted nuts. Beer aged with time and patience. 14% ABV
Elm - A blend of 33-month-old barrel-aged English Barleywine. After resting in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Willett Rye barrels, we added roasted golden figs and Ecuadorian vanilla caviar. These additions unlocked lively fruity tones and deep vanilla layers within an already complex ale. 14% ABV
