We made a 50/50 blend of two-year-old Danish Wild Ale and Stevnsbær cherry juice from Frederiksdal Estate on Lolland, Denmark and infused it with socially responsible whole vanilla beans from Uganda. We blended this with two-year-old Danish Wild Ale macerated with Marselan grapes from Luberon in the Rhône Valley, and aged it all in bourbon barrels for another year. This luxurious beer/wine hybrid is a delicious tribute to the signature agricultural products of these diverse regions. 8.8% ABV
