Lagrimas de Dolores Lamparillo Mezcal

Lagrimas de Dolores Lamparillo is made with maguey Lamparillo (agave Asperrima). The agave are roasted in an underground oven and mechanically milled. They are then fermented in open-air pine tanks and distilled in copper pot stills.
