Las Melodias Cacao Espadin Mezcal

Las Melodías de la Luna Cacao from Maestra Mezcalera Rosario Ángeles is produced in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca. The maguey Espadin in this mezcal were distilled in traditional clay pot stills. During the final distillation cacao was added to the still, giving this a unique flavor and profile. Look for earthy aromas of minerality and clay. Additional notes of white pepper, honey, and cacao.
