Li Veli Verdeca Askos Salento 2024

Verdeca is a grape indigenous to Puglia that Masseria Li Veli are coaxing back from the brink of extinction in their line of "Askos" bottlings. We can't get enough of this dry, weighty, tropical-fruited white wine with loads of pear, lemon citrus, powdery biscuits, spice, and lingering minerality. Masseria Li Veli sits on an ancient Messapotamian site on the sunny plain of Salento.
