2pk 16oz Can. 2025 Vintage -- This year’s release of our all-night boil imperial stout was aged in a complex blend of 15 oak barrels: 7 barrels of George Dickel aged for 20 months, and 1 barrel each of Buffalo Trace Bourbon aged 32 months, Elijah Craig Toasted aged 32 months, Buffalo Trace Bourbon aged 17 months, Andean Oak aged 14 months, Buffalo Trace Rye aged 10 months, Weller Bourbon aged 10 months, Buffalo Trace aged 10 months and Wild Turkey Bourbon aged 10 months.  Math!  12.7% ABV

Brewed in honor of the brave female pilots who flew combat missions for the Soviet Union during the second World War. Only allowed to fly in outdated wooden bi-planes against the German enemy, these brave women had to fly only at night, shutting off their engines to glide in silently and bomb the German lines. The Germans nicknamed them the Nachthexen (Night Witches) as their gliding planes sounded like witches riding on broomsticks in the night.
