Menaud Quebec Gin

The Gin was fermented from wheat and rye that grow locally within the l’Isle-aux-coudres and then twice distilled prior to the addition of local botanicals during the third distillation. A pleasant mixture of salty, woody, citrus rounded out by plenty of floral and pepper.
