Oenops Apla Red 2022

Hailing from a newer winery in Greek Macedonia that only makes wine with indigenous varietals. For this wine, it's 50% Xinomavro, 30% Limniona, and 20% Mavroudi. All harvested from vines between 15 and 45 years old. The wine is made with minimal intervention, spontaneous yeast fermentation, and aged in a combination of neutral oak and concrete for 9 months.
