While rich in flavors, this is still a very friendly wine with light tannins. The Orgo Rkatsiteli sees six months of aging on the skins in qvevri and has a pleasant bouquet of wild flowers with notes of dried apple and apricots, followed by a complex aftertaste of sweet spices and dried herbs and finishing with light tannins. Try with grilled pork, creamy pasta or Georgian Khachapuri.
