This low-abv Pet Nat from a blend of Cayuga and Riesling is a slightly richer, more serious rendition of the previous vintage, which was 100% Cayuga. With a nose like water crackers, apple core, lemon peel, and honey, there's laser-like acidity that, combined with the bubbles, makes for cheek-sucking, food-friendly freshness.
