More West German lager than Kölsch, but who cares?! Brewed with 50% Admiral Maltings Feldblume and 50% LINC Malt Baronesse, then fermented warm with 34/70. The result is our perfect end-of-summer crusher: incredibly crisp and refreshing, with a hearty malty backbone. Expressive heritage grain brings notes of warm cracker, fresh hay, and delicate honeysuckle, while the warmer fermentation adds just a whisper of fruit. Bright, snappy, and built for another pour.  4.5% ABV.
