This is a sparkling blend of chardonnay, folle blanche and pinot noir made in the traditional sparkling method. Its slightly straw-colored / rosé color is accompanied by fine bubbles, aromas of white-fleshed fruits accompany a palate made very pleasant by the complicity of its three grape varieties.
