There is a medium pink and salmon hue to the NV Champagne Grand Cru Les Terres Roses Bouzy Extra Brut, which is 64% Chardonnay and the rest Pinot Noir. It is fragrant with juicy red fruit and floral perfume, including ripe strawberry, apricot, and marzipan. It is dry though fruit-forward, with ripe raspberry filling the palate, nectarine, and wet stone, a rounded mousse, and a clean finish.
