This lager rides the good line between tradition and innovation. Utilizing all German malts, Czech Saaz hops, and Augesteiner lager yeast, but co-fermented with locally made maple wood. The entire fermentation underwent slight transformation from the wood, complementing the beer with notes of honey, graham crackers, maple, and cacao. Crushable yet complex - a mainstay lager for the winter season. 5.4% ABV.
