Schafer-Frohlich Blanc de Noir Nahe 2022

Blanc de Noirs literally means white from red. This 100% Pinot Noir is very gently pressed to extract just the minimum of color. Pale copper, almost clear in appearance, with a wonderfully delicate nose of citrus, red berries and wet stones. The wine practically dances across the palate yet it is surprisingly textured for such a lightly colored wine.
