Sophie Schaal Gentil Alsace 2025

APPEARANCE: The wine shows a golden yellow color with orange highlights, bright and luminous, reflecting the partial maceration before pressing.

NOSE: The nose is expressive and harmonious, opening with aromas of ripe yellow fruits, citrus zest and white flowers, complemented by a lightly spicy touch and hints of dried fruit.

PALATE: The palate is structured, with generous volume from the attack. Balance is built between freshness and texture. Flavors of yellow fruits and citrus carry through, supported by a fine, elegant tannic framework. The finish is long, clean and refreshing.
