Te Mata Sauvignon Blanc Hawke's Bay 2023

Ripe and juicy tropical fruit flavors layered with white-fleshed nectarine, lime, and white grapefruit. A delicate natural spritz adds extra liveliness and piazzazz.  Light-bodied but with a slightly creamy mid-palate weight owing to lower cropping and time spent on lees. It finishes long with mouth-watering freshness and a distinct touch of coastal salinity.
