Mineral, flinty and refined, with a whisper of herbal aromas, this is the real deal, "old style" of Sancerre that we crave. In the glass this wine is highly perfumed with scents of zesty grapefruit and lime with just a hint of green herb and lots of minerality. It is medium-bodied and brilliantly electric on the palate, ready to be enjoyed with goat cheese, salads or seafood.
